Cancellation Policy
Flexr Therapy requires 24 hours’ notice of cancellation as a courtesy to other clients and our therapists.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the treatment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 6 hours of the treatment time will incure a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the treatment time will incur a 100% cancelation fee.

Travel Distance and Parking Fee Policy
Flexr Therapy is based in the City of Stonington and our published fees are based on home addresses within a 20km radius of the City of Stonington.
Travel beyond our 20km home radius will incur an additional travel fee, we
will confirm this fee at the time of booking.
Parking reimbursement will be required if free parking is not provided on site, please advise parking arrangements at time of booking.
