Cancellation Policy
Flexr Therapy requires 24 hours’ notice of cancellation as a courtesy to other clients and our therapists.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the treatment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 6 hours of the treatment time will incure a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the treatment time will incur a 100% cancelation fee.

Travel Distance and Parking Fee Policy
Flexr Therapy is based in and around the CBD of Melbourne and our published fees are based on home addresses within a 30km radius of the City.
Travel beyond our 30km home radius may incur an additional travel fee, we
will confirm this fee at the time of booking.
Parking reimbursement will be required if free parking is not provided on site, please advise parking arrangements at time of booking.
